Licensed Acupuncturist, Professional Astrologer, and Biodynamic Bodyworker
If you feel like you’re at an impasse, searching for clarity, a way forward, and relief from the tremendous impacts that life can take on the mind, body, and spirit, I am eager to introduce you to the tools that Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine, and Western Astrology have to offer. Whether you’re navigating complex trauma, chronic illness, or emotional fatigue, this work invites you to reconnect with your most pure and divine self, allowing a healing to unfold that perhaps you never thought possible.
My journey with medicine has been mentored by many scopes of practice, including Western Medicine, Naturopathic Medicine, Classical Chinese Medicine, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Western Astrology, Medical Astrology, and the ancient practice of Qi Gong. Each of these rich lineages of wisdom have woven together to form my frame of reference, ultimately benefiting each patient that I have the honor to witness and support. Through this integrated approach, I am able to draw upon a wide range of tools to support those navigating complex trauma and chronic disease, helping patients find relief and unwind into a state that brings easeful integration of self and body.
Of all the traditions I have studied and practiced, Chinese Medicine and Western Astrology stand as the two pillars of my work and are my greatest passions in life.
Both of these modalities offer a profound understanding of the body in relationship to the cosmos, giving language and rhythm to the experiences I find myself, and my patients, navigating through each day. I owe my deep love for these traditions to my dear and later teacher, Bill Frazier, who offered me the wisdom of his 55 years of study and practice and has left me with our shared dream of integrating these two systems within the treatment space.
But above both Astrology and Chinese Medicine, it was Bill’s devoted Qi Gong practice that left the greatest mark on my development as a practitioner. Qi Gong has taught me how to be in my body, to be at peace within it, and to listen to the subtle conversations that unfold beneath my conscious awareness. It has taught me to be a patient practitioner who deeply listens. To trust the natural rhythms of the body and to build a relationship with them, which inherently teaches my patients to relate and listen to their own.
I would feel incredibly honored to be able to witness you and be a part of your healing process.

Education:
I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Studies from Arizona State University in 2017. During my time at ASU, I had the incredible opportunity to work with the nonprofit organization HEAL International, serving as an HIV educator in Phoenix, Arizona, and spending three months in Tanzania, East Africa, teaching within their public school system.
Concurrently, from 2015 to 2018, I worked full-time as an Emergency Room Scribe, where I gained invaluable experience and insight into Western medical practices. Following my time in Phoenix, I moved to Portland, Oregon in 2018 to further my education in medicine. I began my studies at the National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM), enrolled in both the Naturopathic and Chinese Medicine programs.
After two years in both programs, I found my true calling in Chinese Medicine and chose to focus my studies exclusively in that field. I graduated with a Master’s Degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, with a specialization in Chinese Herbal Medicine, in June 2025.
My astrological education has been deeply shaped by focused study and mentorship with the late Bill Frazier, L.Ac., in Aurora, Oregon. I have also studied Medical Astrology with Kira Sutherland, a Naturopath based in Australia, and Experiential Astrology with Jason Holley, a practicing astrologer of thirty-five years and psychotherapist of eighteen.
Following Bill Frazier’s passing, I have continued my studies primarily with Jason Holley and am currently under mentorship with him from November 2025 through June 2027. This mentorship allows me to integrate the hands-on modalities of experiential astrology into my clinical work, bridging astrological insight with the somatic awareness cultivated in the treatment space.
Outside of the treatment space, I am married to the love of my life, my wife, Elena. Together, we have built an incredible life that continually nourishes me and fills me with gratitude. As a queer woman, I feel deeply proud of the love and life we share. Our home is joyfully filled with our two small pups, Milo and Copper, and two very content felines, Penelope and Nahla, who rule the couch as if it were their throne. I have family in both the Southwest and the Midwest, and I’m passionate about traveling to places rich in history and culture, journeys that remind me, and those I work alongside, of the beauty of being fully alive and privileged enough to embrace it with an open heart. I cherish the many dear friendships in my life and find the relationships I share with my patients to be among the most nourishing of all.
I’d love to meet you and be of support to you and your journey that continues to unfold.
