Free Winter Wellness Class with Dr. Paul Arellano

Tuesday December 9th 7-8:30 PM

Join Dr. Paul Arellano on Tuesday Dec. 9th from 7-8:30 PM for a free class on Winter Wellness and personalized consultations for staying in optimum health this holiday season. Dr. Paul will start with a presentation on general wellness tips for the cold, dark months of winter, along with specific recommendations for the Pacific Northwest and particularly the climate patterns we are having this year, and how they can impact your health.
